The Brand Rack – Return & Exchange Policy


At The Brand Rack, all sales are carefully inspected before purchase. We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:


Exchange Period:

Customers have 5 days from the date of purchase or delivery to request an exchange.


Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for an exchange, items must:


  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be in the same condition as when sold


Non-Eligible Items:


  • Items without tags
  • Worn, altered, or damaged items
  • Final sale / liquidation items (if specified)
  • Wholesale purchases


Exchange Process:


  • Exchanges are issued as store credit or item exchange only
  • No cash refunds or original payment refunds will be provided


Important:

The Brand Rack reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet the conditions above.
